Forms of the Congress work: plenary and parallel sessions, round tables, symposia, workshops, and seminars.

Working languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian.

The program is designed for maximum accessibility for English speakers: it will include sessions held in English and session held in various working languages whereat simultaneous translation from Ukrainian/Russian into English and from English into Ukrainian/Russian will be provided.

The Congress will include pre- and post-Congress scientific program.

Congress participants will have an opportunity to take part in an extensive tour program around Kyiv and

Ukraine .

The Congress is prepared by the Local and the International Organizing and Scientific Committees.

**Full-fledged members of the World Association for Medical Law presenting their papers at the Congress will be exempt from registration fee.

Special discounts may be given to speakers at the Congress, young scientists and students (subject to presenting recommendations of the Scientific Councils of their universities), members (employees) of the supporting organizations and other categories of participants upon the decision of the Organizing Committee.

 Abstracts Guidelines

Abstracts will be considered for formation of the Congress scientific program and publication in the official Book of Abstracts.

The abstracts should not exceed one page, MS WORD, single line spacing, Times New Roman 12, left margin –

20 mm, top margin – 20 mm, bottom margin – 20 mm, right margin – 10 mm.

The title shall be written in bold letters. One empty space shall be left after the title. The name(s), surname(s) of the author(s) and the affiliation shall be indicated. Two empty spaces shall be left before the text.

Abstract deadline submission – March 01, 2012

Submission of abstracts constitutes the authors’ consent to have the abstracts published in the Book of Abstracts, including its online publication.  

The abstracts may be edited for publication.

Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to the submitting author via e-mail prior to March 15, 2012.
